At IOTA we value your time, so our hiring process is built to be as convenient, honest, and clear as possible. Each step helps us get to know you better — and lets you get acquainted with our team and understand why IOTA is the place you'll want to work.
Our hiring process is:
- Simple and convenient: everything happens over Google Meet, with no extra hassle. Up to 4 stages.
- Honest: we always give constructive feedback after each stage.
- Fast: you'll get an answer quickly, no week-long waits.
How hiring at IOTA works
1. Submit your resume
The process starts with your resume. You can fill out the form on our website or send it by email.
Here's what's important to include:
• Your achievements (delivered projects, results);
• Key skills relevant to the role;
• Experience with technologies or tools that would be useful in the position.
The more accurately your resume reflects your skills, the higher your chances of moving to the next stage!
2. HR interview
If your resume catches our interest, we'll reach out via Telegram or email to schedule an interview.
If your resume is a fit, we'll invite you to a meeting with our HR manager. It's more than just a chat:
- We learn about your experience, goals, and motivation.
- You get to know our company, its values, and what to expect from working at IOTA.
Tip: prepare your questions in advance! Our HR manager will answer them and tell you about the company, the team, and our approach to work.
3. Technical interview
At this stage we evaluate your professional knowledge. It may include questions, exercises, or case studies that let you demonstrate your approach to solving real problems. We'll also walk you through what you'd be working on so you can decide whether the position fits your expectations.
4. Final interview
The final stage is a meeting with your future manager. It's a chance to discuss the details:
- How the work is structured.
- How the team collaborates.
- Your growth and development prospects at IOTA.
What's next?
Made it through every stage? Excellent! We'll send you a formal offer right away and agree on a start date. You won't be left in the dark: our onboarding process helps you get up to speed smoothly.
How to prepare for the process
We want you to feel confident, so here are a few tips:
- Learn more about the company. Visit our website or LinkedIn page. See what projects we run and what values matter to us. This helps you ask the right questions and show that you're genuinely interested.
- Update your resume. Make sure it has up-to-date information on your experience, achievements, and skills.
- Be ready for a real conversation. We value live, open communication. Ask questions, share your expectations and your thoughts.
